Fireworks going off everywhere at the moment - young teenagers running around with sparklers in the park opposite - you can hear the explosions, whistles and screams from miles around. Happy New Year everyone.May it be a happy and healthy 2012 for us all.

Too early I've got 7.5 hours to go. Not that I'll be watching I'm going to be tucked up in bed!
Great photos though so they'll do for my celebration.
Mind you I do have a bottle of real champagne.... is it too early to start at 4.30!!
