Sometimes there are places we always dream about, and if we are lucky enough we get to go there... I really should pay much more attention to my dreams than I do... Wherever they take me... Some powerful...

All interesting...I remember the words, the imparted feelings....but it all gets lost in the hurly-burly of daylight...I need to be more discipled.

"Withdraw in meditation from the pleasures of sense as a tortoise withdraws its limbs" -Bhagavad Gita.

Ah-Ha!Makes sense...but there are distractions...I'm dreaming now of strawberries and cream... and I'm not even asleepYes. I need to be more disciplined. ( The strawberries with sifted icing sugar I think). See? Hopeless.

I invested in a dream encyclopedia a few years ago. Dream interpretation is absolutely fascinating.

That old stone bridge is wonderful! and I love the door latch, too.

I was totally intrigued by that circle of stones and the door is so warm and inviting.

Spooky, dreamy photos! I, too, would like to know about the stone circle. Once, for a few weeks, I wrote down my dreams as soon as I got up...some kind of writing exercise. Kinda weirded me out when I saw what was going on while I was sleeping. I think strawberries are most certainly the better choice.

DReams are nature's filing cabinet.
And if we do nothing else in life to sort ourselves out our dreams will do it for us. It just takes a long time. So hurrah for therapists who help us get there quicker ( she said not remembering at all that's her job!!!!)

Disciplined won't help you remember. dreams fading is a brain chemistry thing. As much as we might wish we could remember, can you imagine if each dream remained in our memory a long with the real life things that happen? Still . . . I feel the same. I wish some would wait until I fully grasped them before fading away. Love the photos!

Kia ora Pam,
Cool thoughts and photos. There are times I just close my eyes and I can be amongst the mountains.

I love the stone circle and the door latch. Sometimes I keep a dream diary, it is very revealing.

What super dreams - when I was younger I could remember my dreams for ages after now I don't remember them at all although I know when I wake that I have been dreaming:) It will soon be strawberry time here, too:)

I love that pic of the door handle.

My dreams are often about illicit wishes unfulfilled.

I think.

Not hopeless, Pam. Make a picture of your dream and place it where you can look at it often to reinforce your thoughts.

I get distractions too, but every day I think of my dream coming one day closer.

Loved your photos with their intense messages.

Dreams are important messages from the heavens to be interpreted for the paths to be taken.

I have a book called "The Dreamer's Dictionary" by Lady Stearn Robinson and Tom Corbett put out by Warner Books (publisher's name has been changed) which has accurate meanings.
